Stats Processing Stopped

Stats processing has been fully caught up for several hours and continues to function normally. Thank you all for your patience with us on this.

Stats processing is continuing to catch up and it's going a little faster than expected. At the current rate they will be fully caught up by sometime tomorrow. We'll post another update when that occurs.

Stats processing is now running again. It is nearly a day behind and it will take at least several days for it to catch up. You will see your stats begin to update and episodes published during the time when it was stopped will begin to appear in your stats. Please remember that the stats are processed in order from oldest to newest.

We now have the 2nd and 3rd stages of the stats processing up and running again. The 4th and final stage is being working on now, once that is finished we'll post another update and you'll start to see your stats update.

We're continuing to work on getting stats processing up and running again. We've completed the first stage needed to get stats processing started again. There's three more to go. We'll post an update each time we complete a stage.

Stats processing is currently stopped and while that was initially caused by the power outage the power issues have been resolved and we've created this new incident just for the stats processing issue. With the stats processing stopped you will not see your stats update and new episodes will not appear in your stats.

We're working to resolve this but we are expecting a lengthy recovery time before stats processing is running again. We can't commit to any ETA but we are optimistic to have it running again by the end of the day tomorrow. After that it will then take several more days for the system to process the backlog of stats data.
