Publishing Issues

We've not seen any further publishing issues and have now released a fix for the underlying root cause.

We've discovered the root cause and are working to get a permanent fix in place. Publishing is currently working again and we'll be monitoring it closely until our fix is in place.

We're seeing a recurrence of the publishing issues that happened yesterday, we're working to locate the root cause of them and will post updates as we know more.
